Q: Why do some buyers request extra information?
A: Vetted Contractor streamlines the pre-qualification stage, i.e. the first stage of the vetting process. This means that contractors do not have to repeatedly fill in pre-qualification forms for each property management company they wish to work with who are signed up with Vetted Contractor.
