Vetted Contractor: A unique business to business solution

Vetted Contractor is the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national contractor-related suppliers initially targeted towards the Property Management sector.

The concept is to provide a business to business solution database of a qualified, insured and vetted contractor list for all property managers throughout the UK. Since its launch in 2004 Vetted Contractor has grown and been updated in line with the needs of its demanding customer base. Many Property Management companies are using Vetted Contractors processes as the minimum standard for the procurement of services from contractors in the management of their estates. The Property Management task force also recommends using Vetted Contractor as part of the vetting - qualification process.
